These films use the eye of the camera as the hole through which viewers experience an intimate show. Each show must somehow relate to the sexual but does not require nudity.

Each participant designs his or her own peepshow. Every show is shot on one roll of Super 8 color film.

SUNYIT Men Smack Southern Vermont

MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNYIT men's basketball team shot 53 percent from the field and had five players in double digits en route to an 89-73 victory over visiting Southern Vermont College at the Campus Center Gymnasium Tuesday night. The Wildcats have now won six straight and are 12-5 overall.

Multimedia Watch The Video The Wildcats dominated throughout the contest, out-rebounding Southern Vermont 49 to 25, which included grabbing 13 offensive rebounds to Southern Vermont's four, which led to 13 second-chance points for SUNYIT. The Wildcats also dominated inside, outscoring the Mountaineers 56-32 in the paint.

After Southern Vermont took a 13-12 lead six minutes into the game, the Wildcats responded by outscoring the Mountaineers 37-15 the rest of the half to go into the break with a 50-27 lead. The Wildcats came out strong again in the second half, extending their lead to 30 at just under eight minutes into the half. The Mountaineers would slowly chip away at the lead as the half wore on, but could not get any closer than 15 before falling to defeat.

Junior Diloo Brown (Harlem, NY/Technical Careers Institute) set the pace in each half for SUNYIT, scoring 10 points in the first and 11 in the second to finish with a team-high 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting, while also adding eight rebounds and two assists. Sophomore Derek Hahn (Youngsville, NY/Sullivan West) finished with 15 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks, while senior Ajani Edwards (Brooklyn, NY/Brooklyn Tech) registered 14 points and game-highs of 12 assists and four steals. Sophomore David Golembiowski (Barneveld, NY/Holland Patent), who was named the NEAC Student-Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row, finished with a double-double of 11 points and 11 boards. Rounding out the top Wildcat performers was junior Ronnie Franklin (Brooklyn, NY/Mohawk Valley CC), who shot five-of-eight from the field and finished with 11 points.

Joe Karnik scored a game-high 23 points for the Mountaineers, while Ben Naaktgeboren chipped in 15 points.

The Wildcats will look to continue its hot streak when they travel to take on Keuka College Saturday, January 24. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 pm.

SUNYIT Men Beats Keuka 86-66

UTICA, N.Y. – SUNYIT sophomore David Golembiowski (Barneveld, NY/Holland Patent) shot a remarkable 14-of-16 from the field, which included 4-of-5 from three-point range, and finished with a game-high 34 points to lead the SUNYIT men’s basketball team to an 86-66 victory over visiting Keuka College Saturday afternoon. The win was the second in a row for the Wildcats, who are now 15-6 overall. Keuka fell to 7-9 on the year.

Golembiowski, who also had six rebounds, put on a show for the packed house at the Campus Center Gymnasium that was filled with both fans and the SUNYIT alumni who would compete in the annual alumni game later in the day. The 6-foot-7 forward scored 26 points in the first half on 10-of-11 shooting from the field, including 4-of-4 from the three-point line, to give the Wildcats a 42-31 halftime lead. He stayed hot in the second half, scoring eight more points on 4-of-5 shooting in just 11 minutes of action before going to the bench with the game well in hand.

As a team, the Wildcats shot 53 percent from the field and 41 percent from beyond the arc, while holding Keuka to 35 percent from the field. SUNYIT opened the contest with a 21-6 run in the first seven minutes of play and never looked back, going up by as much as 23 points and never allowing its lead to fall to less than nine.

Junior Diloo Brown (Harlem, NY/TCI) finished with 17 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the victory, while senior Ajani Edwards (Brooklyn, NY/Brooklyn Tech) registered a game-high 13 assists to go along with nine points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Sophomore Derek Hahn (Youngsville, NY/Sullivan West) collected nine points and six rebounds, while junior Ronnie Franklin (Brooklyn, NY/Mohawk Valley CC) finished with eight points and four rebounds.

The Wildcats will look to continue their winning ways when they host CazenoviaCollege Wednesday, February 11. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 pm.

Golembiowki breaks SUNYIT blocks record

UTICA, NY - SUNYIT junior David Golembiowski (Barneveld, NY/Holland Patent) had a school-record nine blocks and added 13 points and 10 rebounds to just miss a triple-double as the men’s basketball team defeated the visiting Keuka College Storm 73-63 at the Campus Center Gymnasium Sunday. Golembiowski passed James Wilson’s (‘96) record of eight blocks set back in the 1995-96 season.

Multimedia Watch The Video Senior Diloo Brown (Harlem, NY/Technical Careers Institute), who just missed a triple-double of his own in yesterday’s win over Wells, also had a monster game, nailing a game-high six three-pointers and registered game-highs of 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead SUNYIT to its seventh straight victory and put the team at 16-4 overall. Keuka fell to 6-12 on the year.

Keuka came out hot in the first half thanks to senior Rob Crowley, who scored 14 points in the first nine minutes of the game to give his team a 26-10 lead early on. SUNYIT would rally from there, scoring 17 unanswered points that were capped off on an alley-oop dunk from Brown to senior Floyd Fitzpatrick Thorne (Brooklyn, NY/Paul Smith’s College) to put the Wildcats up 27-26 with 4:10 left before halftime. The game would eventually head to the break with the score tied at 32 all.

The second half would remain close as well. With SUNYIT clinging to a one-point lead with 11 minutes remaining, the Wildcats would hit two consecutive three-pointers to extend their lead to seven, 55-48, with 8:16 remaining. Keuka would get to within four two minutes later, but SUNYIT would close the game with a 16-10 run to secure the victory.

Fitzpatrick Thorne finished with 11 points on the day, while junior Ricky Charles (Brooklyn, NY/Fashion Institute of Technology) registered nine points, seven rebounds and two blocks.

Petter Durr and Calvin Logins joined Crowley with 14 points apiece to lead Keuka, while Alex Coleman chipped in 10 points.

The Wildcats will look to continue their winning ways on Wednesday, February 10, when they host SUNY Cobleskill at the Campus Center Gymnasium. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 pm.

SUNYIT runs over UC

UTICA, N.Y - SUNYIT outscored host Utica College 44-18 in the second half en route to a 76-42 victory over the Pioneers on the hardwood at the Clark Athletic Center on Wednesday night. The Wildcats shot 65.4% (17-of-26) from the floor in the second half as they completed the season series sweep of the Pioneers. Junior forward David Golembiowski (Barneveld, N.Y.) led the way for the Wildcats (10-4) with 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Diloo Brown (Harlem, N.Y.) added 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds.

Multimedia Watch The Video Headed into this season the Pioneers (6-9) boasted a nine game winning streak against the Wildcats and the last time Utica lost two straight to SUNYIT was in the 2003-04 campaign.

In Wednesday night’s contest SUNYIT jumped out of the gates quick and never looked back. Golembiowski scored 17 of the Wildcats first 28 points as they took a 16 point advantage, 28-12, in the first 12:43 of the contest. Utica used a 12-4 run in the final seven minutes to cut the lead to eight, 32-24, as the first half buzzer sounded.

SUNYIT opened the second half on a 14-2 over the course of the first 6:13 to take a 20 point lead, 46-26. The Wildcats did not let down and extended their lead to as many as 36 points before the final horn sounded. The Pioneers were held to 7-of-25 shooting from the floor in the second half including a dismal 0-of-11 from 3-point land.

Junior guard James Patterson (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) led the way for Utica with 10 points and five rebounds. Pat Goodman (Marcy, N.Y.) added nine points and six rebounds, while Jeff Ward (Ossining, N.Y.) scored five points and grabbed five rebounds off the bench.

Four players scored in double figures for SUNYIT including Golembiowski, Brown, Aaron Swancott (Boonville, N.Y.) and Kevin Cappiello (Youngsville, N.Y.).

Utica returns to action on Sunday when they host Empire 8 Conference foe Alfred University at 2 p.m. SUNYIT returns home on Saturday to take on Penn State Berks at 4 p.m.

Multimedia Watch The Video After the upperclassmen were honored before the game for Senior Night, the trio came out and made the first three plays of the contest, as Brown hit a three-pointer off an assist by Fitzpatrick Thorne and would be followed by Swancott assisting on a three by junior Kevin Cappiello (Youngsville, NY/Sullivan West) on the team’s next possession.

The trio flourished the rest of the game as well, as Brown led all scorers with 18 points while adding four assists and three assists, Fitzpatrick Thorne had 12 points, five assists and three steals and Swancott registered seven points, four assists and two steals.

The Wildcats, who never trailed in the contest, built a 10-point lead, 18-8, in the first six minutes of action and would eventually take a 15-point lead into the break, 42-27. They would cruise in the second half, extending their lead by as much as 25 before ultimately picking up the 20-point victory.

Junior David Golembiowski (Barneveld, NY/Holland Patent) had 15 points and six boards, while Cappiello finished with 14 points and game-highs of six assists and five steals.

Bryan Eddy scored 17 points for Morrisville, while Ron Tarver chipped in 14 points.

The Wildcats will close out their regular season this weekend in Pennsylvania, as they travel to take on Penn State Abington on Saturday at 2:00 pm and Penn State Berks on Sunday at 3:00 pm.

Hell House

Pat “Say-jack-you-up” is present with his two contestants: Drug Addiction and Alcohol Addiction. They are there to battle for the ultimate prize. Things quickly get out of hand, and a drug and alcohol fatality kills the party

Hell houses are haunted attractions typically run by American, fundamentalist Christian churches or parachurch groups. These depict sin, the torments of the damned in Hell, and usually conclude with a depiction of heaven. They are most typically operated in the days preceding Halloween.

A hell house, like a conventional haunted-house attraction, is a space set aside in which actors attempt to frighten patrons with gruesome exhibits and scenes. The format is that the various scenes are presented as a series of short vignettes with a narrated guide. Unlike haunted houses, hell houses focus on occasions and effects of sin or the fate of unrepentant sinners in the afterlife. They are scheduled during the month of October to capitalize on the similarities between hell houses and haunted attractions.

The exhibits at a hell house often have a controversial tone and focus on sins that are also issues of concern to evangelicals in the United States. Hell houses frequently feature exhibits that depict sin and its consequences. Common examples include abortion, suicide[1], use of alcoholic beverage and other recreational drugs, adultery and pre-marital sex, occultism, homosexuality, and Satanic ritual abuse. Hell houses typically emphasize the belief that anyone who does not accept Christ as their personal savior is condemned to Hell.

History
The first hell house, Scaremare (still presented each October) was created by Jerry Falwell in the late 1970s[2]. Similar events began in several regions during that period. More recently, the concept has been promoted and adapted by Keenan Roberts, originally of Roswell, New Mexico, who started a hell house in Arvada, Colorado in 1995. Since that time, hell houses have become a regular fixture of the Halloween season in parts of the United States. Roberts remains active in the hell house ministry by providing kits and directions to enable churches to perform their own attractions[3]. He is now the senior pastor of Destiny Church of the Assemblies of God where Hell House is usually performed each year during the month of October.

In October 2000, documentary filmmaker George Ratliff filmed a production of a Hell House in Cedar Hill, Texas from scripting to the final night of the production[4]. The result was a documentary[5] that has been the inspiration for numerous live plays and hell-house performances, including one based on Pastor Roberts' production, which played for a month during the 2006 Halloween season in an off-Broadway production in Brooklyn, New York by Les Freres Corbusier[6][7]

In October 2003 Bethel Church in Temple, Texas began "Temple Hell House". Bethel continues to conduct a hell house every year under the direction of youth pastor Matt Baumgartner and hosts around 3,000 people every year from the Central Texas area.

Criticism
Hell houses have been criticized for misleading potential patrons that they are a conventional Halloween attraction rather than an evangelistic presentation.[citation needed] They are also often criticized within the Christian community as being too focused on the number of conversions rather than long lasting commitments to Christianity[8].

In an interview with Roberts for the Channel 4 documentary The Root of All Evil?, noted atheist and evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins objected to some of the methods used by Hell Houses; namely teaching by instilling the fear of eternal damnation in children and adolescents. He commented that using the concept of hell for moral policing was child abuse, since children walk away with nightmares and extreme fear. Coming in for particular attack by Dawkins is the question of how the pastor can be certain that the morals and ethics being preached in the Hell House are valid – since they are based on religious scripture.

DEBUTS “BORN TO SING”

NEW YORK, NY-- On Saturday, August 29th, 2009, The Harlem Ensemble Company (HEC) will premiere an original musical production, Born to Sing, at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia at Peter Norton Symphony Space.

Born to Sing ponders death, the after-life and the notion of continuing to love life after losing the most important person in the world: Your mother. It explores the idea that our loved ones continue to live and speak to us in the subconscious, and that a relationship with a loved one can sustain if you listen to your dreams, providing abundant lessons and enormous comfort.

Born to Sing was written by Evelyn Collins. Her last production was the Tony award-winning musical Raisin. The production marked the 35th anniversary of the production and was the first time the musical was presented since its Broadway debut. The production was notably attended by original Broadway cast members Joe Morton and Ernestine Jackson, and Raisin’s composer, Judd Woldin, all of whom later joined the cast and director onstage for its curtain call.

“This is a topic that hasn’t been explored in the theatre until now,” says Collins. “The death of one’s mother probably is the singular most earth-shattering experience of our lives, yet we rarely want to discuss it. The play offers a fresh perspective and hope on how to deal with death—that it is not necessarily final.”

Born to Sing features Nadia Chanoine, Markita Prescott, Terri Cann, Shakinah Montoute, *Carlton Terrance Taylor, and *Charles Browning. The musical is produced and directed by Evelyn Collins and music directed by Gregg Payne. Performances are at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Evelyn Collins has been involved in theatre most of her life. She has directed more than 50 theatrical productions in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and New York. Her audiences have labeled her “New York City’s undiscovered gem.” In 2005, the Professional League of Theatre Women presented her with its first-annual Josephine Abady Award for her work with the Harlem Ensemble Company. Presently, Evelyn is entering her fourth year as principal of the Manhattan Theatre Lab High School – a high school for the performing arts located in the Lincoln Center community.

The Harlem Ensemble Company was founded in 2002 as a not-for-profit theatre company. It made its New York City debut in 2002, with the award winning drama The First Breeze of Summer by Leslie Lee.

Crystal had a wonderful time on her birthday! She dance the night away with her family and friends eventhough Diloo was not able to make it but, he definitely will make it to the next bash. Crystal stated she was really excited to be turning 21 years old. She still has that beautiful glow and youthful spirit like a 13 year old. Nefertari was not able to get in that night due to personal reasons. Crystal was really upset and willing to go home and relax on her birrthday but she gave Nefertari her keys to her house so she could have somewhere to go. See, that is wahat real friends are for.

"Modeling was not the best experience for the both of us but we made a choice and a decision. But in life we al have things to have a say about anything. Eyez on Fashion is a wonderful Company and their clothing and is amazing, but it is just not for me. One of my friends Shaquita Green was modeling for their company. I went to the show and saw her do her thing she was beautiful. I asked Shaquita how could i be apart of the show, she told me and I did it. A couple of days later I was apart of Eyez on Fashion. later on as time passed, the director was looking for a makeup artist/ hairstylist. I invited Nadia but went into doin modeling too for Plus Size. After that everything went down hill.LOL. It was a good experience though. I would not trade it for anything in the world."- C.H.

Synopsis
Three best girlfriends hang out together every day on their subway commute to and from school. It's during this daily commute that they encounter a group of boys. Relationships form, decisions are made and each person is challenged to figure out who they are and what they want from a relationship.

All Falls Down addresses decision-making by looking at the influences of friendship, communication, peer pressure, substance abuse, and self-esteem.

All Falls Down was written by Chantel Woolridge (15 years old) from Brooklyn, New York. Directed by David Koepp (Secret Window), shot by Mark Benjamin (Slam) and produced by Ezra Swerdlow (Wag the Dog).

The film is followed by a behind the scenes look at All Falls Down. It includes interviews with Chantel Woolridge, director David Koepp, the actors and Scenarios USA's co-founders. It was directed by Verena Faden, a Scenarios USA alumnus, 2002.

Diloo Brown (Harlem, NY) was selected as the NEAC Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week. Brown, a 6'0"; junior guard for the SUNY Institute of Technology Wildcats, was selected for his outstanding offensive performance for the week leading his team to a 1-0 week. Brown finished the week with 27 points (27/game), 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, 7-for-8 from the free throw line (.875 from the line) and a .714 shooting percentage. Brown led his a 97-85 victory over SUNY New Paltz.

Crystal went clubbing with her bestfriend Nefertari Kydd to celebrate Emanuel birthday party. Emanuel intended to have over four people to come out and celebrate his birthday with him, but evenually they did not have their IDs. LOL. He was enjoying himseld that night until he was drinking a little too much. He began dancing with several females, took his money out of his pockets and started throwing it in the air when Busta Rhymes song came on "Getting Arab Money". Later that night he went home with about five dollars in his pocket.

Lesson of the Day: Always carry your ID with you at all times.

Cheating... man o man.. where do i start.. iiiight boom.. i believe everyone has cheated at LEAST once in there life.. and I think it's a part of life.. it may not be rite, but it's something that happens all the time.. a lot of females like to portray themselves as angels that never even LOOKED at another man while being in a relationship talkin bout some' ohhh i go to church 8 days a week, i don' t cheat' but come on now.. it's only normal.. ur gonna look.. and think ur thoughts.. and of course us guys do it as well.. NOW, some ppl may ask 'welll, what do u consider cheating' to meeee.. if someone askes that question, that to me sounds like they wanna know how much they can get away with without it being called 'cheating'.. thats just me tho. To me, u don't have to be physical to cheat on someone... u can cheat mentally and emotionally, those are just as bad. Anytime u catch feelings for anyone thats not the person ur in a relationship wit.. thats pre-cheating.. and whenever u thinkin sexual thoughts about another being.. well shoot.. thats cheating too.. but now lets get down to the different reasons WHY.. ppl cheat.Hmm, some ppl just don't need to be in a relationship.. ya kno.. lets start off wit the Fellas, Some guys just cheat for the hell of it, point blank.. He can be in a relationship.. but to him she's just another chick. so of course he won't feel any guilt for doing him.. some are just addicts.. just cant' get enuff of the good stuff. and is just curious of all that is out there.. and cant' pass up the opportunity.. also another reason men may cheat is because women do tend to throw themselves at em.... which doesn't justify the wrongdoing of the man but can be tempting and tuff at times depending on the location and situation.. I kno i didn't hit allll of the reasons.. but thats just a few of em..Ladies..... ladies ladies ladies...smh yess you do cheat... maybe more then men do.. who knows?? but i'm not a woman so i can't say why yall cheat.. but i can make a few educated guesses.. i think some woman cheat because they don't know how to get rid of the current person they are with that they are no longer diggin', so they just go on and do them on the low.. cause yall women like to date them crazy men that won't let u break up wit them..lol, but umm ...also women are just like men i realized that.. when it comes to sex anywho's.. They like to be more discreet about it.. so u may have ur women who like to be with differnent men.. altho they have their boyfriend at home. I'm also guessing that a woman may cheat on a man when not being sexually satisfied with him.. which kinda sucks. but aye it happens. Oh and i'm pretty sure woman cheat when they THINK that their mate is cheating on them.. without even hardcore evidence.. just a 'woman's intuition'.. thats just some that i can think of..Now me... i'm no angel, i stand up and admitt. i have cheated in the past.. not something i'm too proud about, cause i realized that i actually hurt some ppl and thats not a good feeling.. i guess i have a bad concscience now.. when i cheated on my last girlfriend and then told her because i couldn't keep going on as if nothing ever happen... i felt like i lost something special.. she was almost out my life .. and u kno that saying 'you never really kno what u got till it's gone' it was something like that.. too bad we ended up breakin up down the line.. but Back to the moral of the story.. if u got something good don't F it up.. and if u don't realllly wanna be wit the person ur wit.. just try to let em know... b4 someone's heart get torn.. cause u never know how that person may handle it..gimmie some feedback ppl tell me what u think about my reasons for cheating.. and if u have some reasons to add.. feel free.. show me some luvv...Peace.....and much love to ya
